Loved the driver pick-up option and the delicious food. The hotel was located close to several parks and had a secure area for jogging.
The hotel itself was not what we were expecting. The rooms were old and gave off a bad smell, making it difficult to relax during a romantic escape.

We actually checked in and left almost immediately as we were so far from the city. We appreciated that they only charged for the first night of our stay.
It's really far from anything you'd actually want to see or do in Bogota. We were told the bus would take 1.5 hours into the city and it took us 50 minutes in a taxi.

i loved that my room had a small patio. the hotel was centrally located for traveling through bogota.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of parks nearby for jogging and a secure gated area that made us feel at home. the room we stayed in was marvelous, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the service provided by Victor, the waiter, was excellent, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. the front desk staff was always available and helpful.
The outside appearance of the hotel could be more inviting.

Staff were very friendly and the setting was very personal, does not feel like a large family house rather than a hotel. Really liked that.
Price value not really considered high as it was rather expensive.

I had an amazing Easter vacation! the hotel offers a shuttle from the airport and the staff is extremely helpful and fluent in English. the location is great with plenty of parks nearby, making it easy to go for a jog. And the food was amazing! I could not get enough of the delicious, clean meals available at the hotel restaurant. the best part? the hotel was located in a secure area, which made me feel right at home.
The only negative aspect I found was the lack of signboards outside the hotel. It took me some time to locate the hotel upon arrival.
